Abstract

In this paper the main components of labor potential are considered, the definition of la- bor potential as a set of human qualities and abilities depending on interrelated quantitative and quali- tative factors that have developed in the process of interconnections with material, technical, innova- tive, socio-cultural and other components of economic the potential of the enterprise.
The main components of labor potential are: education, creativity, health, morality, activity, organi- zation, professionalism, timing (the possibility of rational use of working time).
Globalization and integration processes encourage contemporary entrepreneurial structures to fo- cus on acquiring new soft skills for employees. That is why the problems of increasing the efficiency of social work are becoming more and more relevant in the conditions of intensification of social repro- duction and contributes to the formation of some prerequisites for a new innovative model of sustaina- ble economic development, which in the first place issues the question of the effectiveness of human participation in the production process
