Abstract

The article is devoted to the major barriers to public-private partnership development in Ukraine. It is noted that the issue of financial security is one of the most difficult. Also main obstacles in the implementation of PPP projects and recommendations for their elimination are emphasized. The following areas of PPP activation are identified: implementation of investment projects aimed to remove infrastructure constraints of economic growth; realization of investment projects aimed to develope innovation, small and medium business; involved in projects aimed to improve the use of natural resources; ; export promotion of industrial products and services; involvement of banking sector as a partner.
